We are now looking for a Process Engineer for our client, an international company located in Figeholm, outside Oskarshamn.

As a Process Engineer , you will be part of a driven and development-oriented smaller team with project managers and engineers. There is a familial and warm culture where everyone helps each other and collaborates to achieve the best possible results. Together, you will work closely with the operations and other functions, always with a strong focus on improving and changing processes based on set goals.

The role suits you if you want to be where the action is and contribute to real change. Your task will be to optimize and improve manufacturing processes based on goals for quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Here, you will contribute your knowledge in both the selection, implementation, and evaluation of new equipment and new approaches in production. You will work interdisciplinary with challenges related to various areas such as mechanics, electricity, automation, and environment, making the role varied and versatile. In this role, you will also drive collaborations with the R&D function, supporting various exciting research projects.

If you have experience in the manufacturing or paper industry, it is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
